Introduction
The Board of Directors are elected by the members of the Umpqua Valley Havurah. With input from members, the Board plans events and manages the resources of the organization. The Board includes a President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Secretary, and various other officers and members.
By-Laws
The By-Laws of the Umpqua Valley Havurah govern it’s operation as a non-profit corporation under Oregon law.
Monthly Board Meetings
Meetings are held on the second Sunday of each month.
Havurah members are welcome to attend Board meetings. Please contact the Havurah Board to find out the location and time.
2023 Annual Meeting
This year the annual membership meeting was held at Singleton Park in Roseburg. We had good food and entertainment, a review of activities and financial status for the past year, and a new Board was elected. The new Board is:
